Abstract: This study takes a certain fan grille retaining ring as the object, and through in-depth analysis
of the selected materials, determines and verifies the injection machine model and process parameters
suitable for such thin-walled structural products. On this basis, the main structure of the injection mold was
designed, and the layout scheme of key parts such as the pouring system and cooling system was analyzed
and calculated in detail. Finally, the mold design for injection molding of the retaining ring product was
completed. This study provides reliable technical references for injection molding and mold design of similar
products.

涉华橡胶助剂反倾销，启动调查
India initiates anti-dumping investigation on rubber chemicals related to China

2025 年 3 月 28 日，印度商工部发布公告称，应印度国内企业 NOCIL Limited 提交的申请，对原产于或进口
自中国、欧盟、韩国和泰国的 N-(1,3- 二甲基丁基 )-N'- 苯基对苯二胺，橡胶助剂 PX-13 发起反倾销调查。
此次反倾销主要涉及印度海关编码 381239 项下的产品，以及 29215120、29215130、29215190、
38121000、38122090、38123100、38123910、38123920、38123930 和 38123990 项下的部分产品。
本案的倾销调查期为 2023 年 10 月 1 日至 2024 年 9 月 30 日（12 个月），损害调查期为 2021 年 4 月 1 日至
2022 年 3 月 31 日、2022 年 4 月 1 日至 2023 年 3 月 31 日、2023 年 4 月 1 日至 2024 年 3 月 31 日，以及 2023
年 10 月 1 日至 2024 年 9 月 30 日。
利益相关方应于立案之日起 30 天内，以电子邮件的方式（发送至 ： dir13-dgtr@gov.in、ad12-dgtr@gov.
in、dir15-dgtr@gov.in 和 consultant-dgtr@nic.in）向调查机关提交相关信息。

普利司通将对两家轮胎工厂裁员
Bridgestone will lay off employees at two tire factories

2025 年 4 月 1 日，普利司通西班牙制造公司宣布，已正式通知员工代表其有意启动集体解雇程序。
普利司通表示，受该程序影响的工厂包括位于坎塔布里亚省圣米格尔桥的农用车胎及卡客车子午线轮胎工厂，
以及位于巴斯克地区巴萨乌里的 TBR 轮胎工厂。
这家日本集团表示，此举是由欧洲轮胎市场正在发生的 “ 深刻变化 ” 以及调整生产结构的需求所驱动的。 据
这家轮胎制造商称，农用子午线轮胎和 TBR 轮胎领域近期出现了显著的萎缩。 普利司通将这种下滑归因于 “ 通
货膨胀、不确定性以及监管变化 ” 所导致的充满挑战的宏观经济环境。
