                    Abstract: In the production and manufacturing process of tires, rubber tire molds are one of the key
                process equipment that determines their appearance and performance. With the large-scale development
                of the automotive industry, related industries such as tire molds have also been promoted, and the market has
                put forward more stringent requirements for the quality standards of tire manufacturing. However, traditional
                tire mold processing technology has shown a certain lag, and the manufactured tires are difficult to meet the
                high standard requirements of current automotive production. Therefore, precision machining technology
                has been introduced into the field of tire manufacturing to promote innovation in production technology.
                The application of this technology not only effectively solves the problem of precision machining of complex
                tire patterns, but also significantly improves the overall quality of tires. However, different precision machining
                technologies have their own advantages, so choosing the appropriate precision machining technology in tire
                mold production has become a key issue. This article will elaborate on the technologies related to precision
                machining of tire molds, explore their application types in the production process of tire molds, and propose
                optimization strategies based on actual application effects, in order to promote new breakthroughs in the
                production of rubber tire molds.

                                 全球天胶产量增速放缓 中国需求成市场压舱石
                      Global production of natural rubber slows down, Chinese demand becomes market ballast stone

                    全球天然橡胶市场正面临新一轮供需结构变革。根据天然橡胶生产国协会 (ANRPC) 最新发布的月度报告,
                继 2024 年产量增长 3.5% 后,2025 年全球天然橡胶总产量预计仅微增 0.3%,总量达 1  489.7 万 t。该协会指出,
                主产区种植结构调整对产能影响显著,东南亚传统产胶大国普遍面临减产压力。
                    数据显示,印度尼西亚因大规模转向棕榈油种植,2025 年产量或将锐减近 10% 至 204 万 t; 马来西亚受胶树
                老化及种植转型双重冲击,产量将下降 4.2% 至 37 万 t; 越南虽制定产业扩张计划,但受短期市场波动影响,产量
                仍将小幅下降 1.3% 至 128 万 t。值得注意的是,中国作为新兴产胶国,预计产量将逆势增长 6% 至 93.3 万 t,非
                洲及非 ANRPC 成员国产量亦将提升 3.5% 至 329.3 万 t,显示全球产能格局正呈现多极化发展趋势。
                    据炭黑产业网了解,种植结构调整背后存在深刻的经济驱动。印尼、马来西亚等地胶农因棕榈油经济效益更高,
                纷纷砍掉橡胶树改种油棕,导致东南亚传统产胶带面积持续萎缩。与此同时,老挝、科特迪瓦等非传统产区在中
                国企业 " 种植再出口 " 计划的推动下,正加速成为市场新力量。消费端则呈现温和增长态势,ANRPC 预计全球
                消费量将同比增长 1.8% 至 1 562.5 万 t,其中中国市场占比 46%,印度占比 10%,两国需求分别增长 2.5% 和 3.4%。
                柬埔寨等新兴市场需求激增 110%,凸显区域产业转移带来的增长潜力。
                    市场分析师指出,当前全球天然橡胶供需呈现 " 东降西升 " 格局,主产区产能收缩与非传统产区扩张并存,
                消费增长则主要依赖亚洲制造业需求复苏。随着 ANRPC 成员国产量占比从 81% 降至 79%,国际市场定价权或
                将呈现更分散化特征,这对下游炭黑及轮胎产业原料供应稳定性提出新挑战。
