A Brief Discussion on PDM Planning and Implementation of Guilin

Abstract: In recent years, the domestic rubber machinery industry has achieved significant results in
automation upgrading. However, this industry has the characteristics of diversification and personalization,
and its design process generates numerous complex design data, which forces rubber machinery equipment
manufacturers to seek applicable industry specific data management methods. Therefore, we need to use
information technology data management methods to quickly match customer needs with existing design
data resources, improve product design response speed, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in
the market. This article provides a brief introduction to the PDM project process of Guilin Zhonghao from the
perspective of system planning and implementation, and shares the experiences and lessons learned during
the implementation process.

需求持续超过供应，天然橡胶价格仍居高位
Demand continues to exceed supply, and natural rubber prices remain high

根据印度天然橡胶生产国协会 (ANRPC) 最新公布的数据， RSS4 橡胶在 Kottayam 地区的交易价格出现回落，
目前为每 100 kg 278.3 美元 ( 折合人民币约为 1 972.12 元 )。尽管价格有所回落，但与 8 月初达到的峰值相比，
仍然保持相对高位。
回顾近期市场动态，印度交易所的天然胶等级价格在 7 月开始经历一轮飙升，至 8 月 8 日左右触及每 100 kg
291 美元的高点。据炭黑产业网了解，这一价格飙升主要受到多方面因素的影响，包括恶劣天气对当地种植者造
成的减产、海外供应的缩减以及印度轮胎制造商库存量偏低等。这些因素共同推动了印度天然胶价格的快速上涨。
在国际市场上，天然胶期货价格继续维持近期涨势。数据显示，需求持续超过供应，引发市场对供应短缺的
担忧。据日本证券交易所报告指出，在截至 8 月 30 日的交易周内，主要天然橡胶市场达到五周以来的高点。
