Research and analysis of various spreading methods
in polyester film production

Abstract: Polyester film as a product, used in the downstream process on the leveling requirements
are particularly high due to its characteristics. Polyester film production line is generally configured with the
leveling function of the roller or mechanism. This paper combines the actual situation for this part of the
function to introduce their structure, working principle, influencing factors, the use of methods and the effect
of use.

马牌轮胎母公司，大陆集团或将拆分！
Continental, the parent company of Mares tires,may be splitting up!
2024 年 8 月 5 日，德国马牌轮胎母公司大陆集团发布通知，决定对汽车子集团的拆分进行进一步的详细评估，
这意味着其有可能将大陆集团分割成为两家独立的公司。
执行董事会将于 2024 年第四季度就拆分事宜做出决定。如果获得批准，该拆分计划将在 2025 年底前完成，
汽车子集团将成为一个完全独立的公司。拆分的准备工作已经在进行中。
据了解，汽车子集团在去年实现了约 203 亿欧元的销售额，目前约有 100 000 名员工，在制动和舒适系统、
传感器解决方案和显示屏领域已经获得了强劲的市场地位，同时可以应对快速发展的软件定义汽车和自动驾驶的
未来市场。
大陆集团首席执行官司徒澈表示，近几个月来，市场和客户发生了极大的变化，在汽车行业尤为显著。各区
域市场的剧烈波动，以及软件驱动的技术转型要求企业具有更大的灵活性和自主决策能力。在这种背景下，计划
将大陆集团拆分为两家独立的公司。
大陆集团监事会主席 Wolfgang Reitzle 表示，汽车子集团的拆分有可能提升集团竞争力，提高敏捷性和透明
度。此外，投资者也将能够投资一家专注于汽车电子的公司。
据悉，盈利的轮胎和康迪泰克子集团将保留在大陆集团旗下。这一结构也将成为详细评估的一部分。
据了解，大陆集团轮胎子集团和康迪泰克子集团目前雇佣了约 100 000 名员工，在过去的财年中共实现了约
208 亿欧元的销售额，其中轮胎子集团为 140 亿欧元，康迪泰克子集团为 68 亿欧元。
