                 Influence of graphene like materials on the mechanical properties and
                       dynamic heat generation performance of NR/BR vulcanizates

                    Abstract: The study investigated the application of a novel graphene like material SG3-G in ordinary
                conveyor belt coverlay. By replacing N330 carbon black, the processing performance, physical and
                mechanical properties, and dynamic heat generation performance of the adhesive were investigated. The
                results showed that the substitution of SG3-G from 0 parts to 20 parts prolonged the t 10  and t 90  of the mixed
                rubber; The Mooney viscosity decreased significantly; The hardness, tensile strength, and tensile stress of
                vulcanized rubber slightly decrease; The change in elongation at break and permanent deformation at break
                is not significant; The tear strength has significantly decreased, while the dynamic heat generation has also
                decreased.
