                 Abstract: With the advent of the digital age, enterprises are facing severe challenges. Traditional
             production management methods are no longer able to meet the needs of enterprise development, and
             there is an urgent need for digital transformation in production management methods. But many rubber
             product companies are hesitant or unable to adapt to the digital transformation of production. This article
             takes rubber vibration reduction product enterprises as an example, proposes a planning and construction
             plan for a production management information system that covers intelligent scheduling, precise material
             distribution, production preparation management, process control, quality control traceability, equipment
             management, and personnel management based on production situation analysis.
