Application of tire zero-point positioning function
in tire dynamic balance uniformity detection

Abstract: This article briefly introduces the application of tire zero-point positioning function in tire dynamic
balance uniformity testing. The implementation of this functional application ultimately led to the redesign,
production, installation, and debugging of the function. After the renovation, the tire zero-point positioning
for dynamic balance uniformity testing was achieved. Through reading the dynamic balance testing data
via MES, tire process technicians can quickly locate the specific position of the tire and identify specific issues
based on the analysis of dynamic balance uniformity testing data in the office. This helps optimize the molding
process and improve the uniformity performance indicators of the tire.

锦湖轮胎将向起亚 PBV 平台（Platform Beyond Vehicle）的首款量产车 —— 起亚 PV5 ( 以下简称 PV5) 提
供原装配套轮胎。
PV5 作为起亚首款 PBV 车型，以电动化专用平台 e-GMPS 为基础打造。不仅确保了出色的快速充电性能，
为稳定的长途行驶提供保障 ；更通过低底盘设计与宽敞载物空间的结合，大幅提升了车辆的实用价值。PV5 不仅
计划推出基础车型 —— 包括客运车、货运车、WAV（Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle）轮椅无障碍车、底盘车等，
还计划与业务合作伙伴携手，开发更多衍生车型，以此满足不同客户的多样化需求。
锦湖轮胎向 PV5 供应的 “CRUGEN EV HP71”( 规格 :215/65R 16)“CRUGEN” 高端系列 SUV 专用轮胎，适
用于 SUV 和皮卡，向中国市场供应，同时也供应韩国、欧洲等地区的出口车型。
CRUGEN EV HP71 是一款符合电动汽车特性的电动汽车轮胎，在考虑驾驶 / 磨损性能和乘坐舒适性的同时
提高燃油效率。该轮胎具备了电动汽车所需的各项性能，能够满足低滚动阻力、高负载支撑、低噪音的要求，并
可应对高功率输出带来的瞬时响应需求。
锦湖轮胎 OE 营业本部长 Kim In-soo 表示 :“ 汽车的概念已经超越了单纯的交通工具，被认为是满足用户目
