（3）带束层帘布的裁断宽度 ： 200~800 mm ； 设备占地面积，降低设备投入成本。可减小占地面积
（4）带束层裁断和接头角度 ： 15~70° ； 约 70％左右，节省成本约 60％左右。

Abstract: In order to meet the small batch production needs of engineering tires, Qingdao MESNAC has
developed a steel wire curtain extrusion and cutting integrated machine production line, which can realize
online extrusion, apply adhesive, and cutting of steel wire curtain; It can complete the integrated production
of small angle belt layer, 90° carcass ply, and 0 ° belt layer; Its production capacity can meet the small-
scale production needs of engineering tires and agricultural tires, greatly reducing equipment footprint and
lowering equipment cost investment.
