Abstract: This article briefly introduces the development background, main structure, and process
parameters of the hydraulic engineering tire curing press. This curing press has the advantages of realizing
mechanization and automation, improving product quality, and reducing energy consumption (note: the
hydraulic engineering tire curing press mentioned in this article refers to a single machine. The hydraulic
engineering tire curing press unit developed by MESNAC possesses exclusive core technologies and is kept
confidential, which will not be introduced in this article).

中国塑协与土耳其塑协签署合作备忘录
The China Plastics Processing Industry Association（CPPIA） and the Turkish Plastics Association（PAGEV）
signed a memorandum of cooperation

当地时间 12 月 4 日，中国塑料加工工业协会（CPPIA）与土耳其塑料工业协会（PAGEV）在伊斯坦布尔举
行签约仪式，为中土两国塑料行业和会员企业交流合作搭建平台创造条件，为两国塑料行业高水平发展注入新动
力。
中国塑料加工工业协会王占杰理事长和土耳其协会 Yavuz 主席共同签署双方合作备忘录，很多中国企业和土
耳其企业代表共同见证了这一跨越国界的行业盛事。
签约后，中国塑协王理事长在致辞中表示，作为全球塑料产业的重要力量，作为“一带一路”发起国和重要
国家，中国与土耳其的塑料行业在技术研发、绿色制造、市场应用等领域各具特色，可以优势互补。备忘录的签署，
标志着两国协会将建立常态化合作机制，在技术交流、标准对接、市场拓展、绿色转型及人才培养等方面展开深
度协作，携手应对全球性挑战，共享发展新机遇。
土耳其塑料协会 Yavuz 会长在致辞中对中国塑协的信任与支持表示感谢。他强调，土耳其地处欧亚枢纽，是
连接东西方市场的重要节点，此次与中国塑协携手，将为两国塑业企业搭建更广阔的交流平台，助力行业资源优
化配置与创新升级。
现场很多展商表示，此次合作让企业看到了跨境协同的巨大潜力，不仅为双方市场拓展提供了新路径，更能
促进技术交流与资源共享，对行业长远发展极具意义，将全力支持并积极参与后续合作事宜。
面向未来，CPPIA 与 PAGEV 将充分发挥桥梁纽带作用，积极践行备忘录共识，不仅会促进两国塑料产业进
