Abstract: This article introduces the application of Omron NJ501-1400 motion controller on any expansion
molding machine. The Omron NJ501-1400 motion controller is connected to the human-machine interface
via Ethernet communication EtherNet/IP; Connect each module of the driver unit through real-time industrial
Ethernet EtherCAT; Using electronic cam function to achieve motion control of the forming machine and
complete the function of online expansion to change the length of the pipe. The whole machine has a high
level of automation and the system runs stably.

变废为新，普利司通打造轮胎回收闭环系统
Bridgestone turns waste into new, creating a closed-loop tire recycling system

9 月 2 日，埃尼集团旗下化学品子公司 Versalis 与轮胎制造商普利司通公司的子公司普利司通 EMEA 以及回
收技术公司葡萄牙 Grupo BB&G 签署了一项协议，将建立一个闭环生态系统，将报废轮胎转化为新轮胎。
来自世界可持续发展工商理事会轮胎行业项目的数据显示，每年约有 10 亿个轮胎达到使用寿命的终点。三
家合作伙伴表示，他们正在寻求一种解决方案，提供创新且对环境更负责任的方法，以提高合成橡胶业务的可持
续性，帮助最大限度地延长轮胎的整个生命周期。
根据协议条款，报废轮胎将通过热解工艺转化为轮胎热解油（TPO），用于生产性能与传统弹性体相当的循
环弹性体。这三家公司的合作旨在促进热解技术和 TPO 的发展，并扩充弹性体作为新轮胎生产循环资源的市场
规模。
该合作伙伴关系将利用 BB&G 的热机械热解工艺，以商业规模回收报废轮胎。BB&G 在过去 10 年中建造并
运营了两代中试工厂，最近还首次运行了商业规模的轮胎热解生产，以验证该工艺的可行性和产品质量。BB&G
的 TPO 部门位于葡萄牙法蒂玛，自 2024 年 7 月中旬以来一直在运行。未来几个月，试产的 BB&G 热解油将被
送入 Versalis 生产工厂，以生产循环弹性体，普利司通将在 2025 年初用其制造第一批轮胎。
Versalis 一直在开展聚合物回收循环技术和工艺开发。该公司还从事原料的多样化，包括可再生资源和二次
原料。作为合作的一部分，这三家公司将共同研究和开发最佳技术解决方案，为未来大规模回收废旧轮胎建立生
态系统。
