Development and promotion of processing technology for foshan long
glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite materials (Part 2)

Abstract: Long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite materials are widely used polymer
materials in daily life. The processing of long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite materials using
traditional screw mechanical equipment has high energy consumption and low efficiency, which is not
conducive to resource conservation. With the significant transformation of the composite material industry,
green manufacturing has become a new direction for the development of composite material processing
technology. Foshan, which is based on manufacturing industry, keeps up with the new trend of manufacturing
development. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional processing techniques,
optimizing the preparation technology of long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite materials,
promoting the application of new processing techniques, promoting the development of green preparation
technology for composite materials in Foshan, and looking forward to its future development trends.
