equipment, Siemens system has built an automation control system for the equipment and managed and
monitored the entire production process through this system. In order to meet the demand for product
specification conversion during the production process, the system needs to have efficient conversion
efficiency. For this purpose, the formula function of Siemens system can be used for programming to
create, save, call and convert each formula, thereby improving the flexibility and efficiency of production
management.

泰丰轮胎宣布永久关闭
Taifeng Tyre announced permanent closure

2025 年 5 月 12 日，台湾上市公司泰丰轮胎宣布自 5 月 13 日起暂停交易，13 日下午该公司发布公告，确定
台湾观音厂永久性关停。
据悉，泰丰轮胎观音厂受美国反倾销影响，于 2023 年 2 月曾临时关停。因生产成本过高，已不具经济与商
业价值，故拟永久性停产。
此前，泰丰轮胎中坜厂也因美国反倾销税的影响于 2021 年停产。美国商务部对台湾制造的乘用车轮胎和轻
卡车轮胎征收高额的反倾销税，导致泰丰轮胎主要销售市场美国市场受到严重冲击，该公司营收锐减八成以上，
持续亏损，出现运营困难。
虽其试图转换销售市场并在东南亚寻找工厂代工生产轮胎，但代工计划延缓，短期内无法摆脱亏损困境。
此次关闭公告同期，泰丰轮胎发布观音厂区资产活化处分方案。拟以不低于新台币 68 亿元（约合人民币 16
亿元）的价格，出售土地及厂房。

10 亿项目即将开建，全钢改建半钢
A project worth 1 billion yuan is about to start construction with the transformation from all-steel to semi-steel

2025 年 5 月 6 日，根据《建筑工程施工许可管理办法》（住建部令第 42 号）的规定，湖北咸宁高新区将核
准的湖北金田轮胎有限公司 600 万套半钢子午线轮胎项目施工许可证予以公告。这标志该公司改建项目即将启动
建设。
据了解，湖北金田轮胎有限公司 2020 年拟投资 20 亿元，在咸宁高新区建设 “300 万套全钢子午线轮胎项目 ”，
于 2020 年 1 月 19 日取得了《关于湖北佳顺轮胎有限公司 300 万套全钢子午线轮胎项目环境影响报告书审批意见
的函》，目前仅建成投产年产 150 万套全钢子午线轮胎生产线。
现湖北金田轮胎有限公司拟投资 10 亿元在现有厂区内建设 600 万套高性能半钢子午线轮胎项目，厂区内剩
余的 150 万套全钢子午线轮胎生产线不再建设，改建成 600 万套半钢子午线轮胎生产线。项目实施后全厂产品方
案由原来的年产 300 万套全钢子午线轮胎调整为年产 150 万套全钢子午线轮胎和 600 万套半钢子午线轮胎。
