Abstract: This article analyzes the key points of energy control from the aspects of "quantity" and "price"
of energy, and elaborates on the influencing factors and control measures of energy total amount, energy
unit consumption, energy unit price, and shared costs. The purpose is to standardize the energy management
of tire production enterprises and ultimately reduce energy costs by reducing the total amount and unit
consumption of energy, controlling energy unit prices, and sharing costs.

中国胎企，拿下欧盟大单
Chinese tire companies get major orders from the European Union

山东永盛橡胶集团有限公司近日迎来了来自欧盟的大笔订单，工人们正在紧锣密鼓地赶制。
据永盛橡胶半钢轮胎海外销售经理张兵华透露，该笔订单数量高达 120 万条轮胎，总金额达到 1 500 万美元。
为了满足这一大笔订单的需求，工厂已经开足了四条生产线，工人们实行三班倒制度，机器 24 h 不停运转，目标
是在 5 月底前完成交付。
在短短两个月内，永盛集团的半钢轮胎出口量累计达到了 191 万条，创汇收入高达 4 200 万美元，折合人民
币约 3 亿元，同比增长了 7%。
为了进一步提升产品质量和生产效率，永盛橡胶正积极响应工业 4.0 的号召，大力投资于智能制造。公司正
按照工业 4.0 的标准，计划投资 15.1 亿元人民币，实施一个基于物联网技术的高性能绿色环保子午胎智能工厂项
目。该项目完工后，预计将显著提升永盛橡胶的产品品质和生产效能，从而更好地满足市场对高端轮胎的需求。
永盛橡胶设备处处长王文正分享了项目的最新进展 ： “ 目前，半成品车间、车型车间以及硫化生产设备的安
装工作已基本完成，我们正在有序地进行设备的调试工作。整个成型部分，我们已经成功调试了六台设备，而硫
化车间的所有介质供应也已准备就绪。我们预计该智能工厂将在 5 月上旬正式投入生产。” 这一重大投资不仅将
为永盛橡胶带来更高的生产效率，还有望进一步巩固其在国际市场上的地位。
