This paper focuses on the group standard T/CPCIF 0309—2023, "Evaluation Requirements for Green Factories in the Plastics Machinery Industry," as the core research object. It analyzes the six primary indicators, including infrastructure and performance, outlined in the standard, and provides a detailed examination of the three-tiered target system consisting of baseline, advanced, and leading values for performance indicators. The paper proposes a four-stage implementation path, namely "diagnostic planning -system construction-key breakthroughs-continuous optimization," along with differentiated strategic recommendations tailored for enterprises at different stages of development. The aim of this study is to offer systematic theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of green factories in the plastics machinery industry, while also providing a methodological framework that can be referenced for the development of green standards in other manufacturing subsectors.
