摘要
This article addresses the prevalent quality defects observed in our company's finished products, including shoulder bending, carcass joint opening, belt layer deviation from the centerline, excessive cord spacing, bubbles/delamination, bubbles in the second bead area, uneven tire interior, and exposed cord in the second bead area. We analyze the causes of these defects from various perspectives, including semi-finished components, equipment, processes, structure, operation, and environment, and propose corresponding preventive and control measures.
